Assemblage Points

Have you ever wondered why you have "Clicked" with some people and totally DIDN'T click with others? I sure have.... And this wondering has led me to many amazing openings, discoveries, lessons and experiences over the years!!

My dear Soul Sister, Stasia Bliss and I have been discovering many ways to open to new awareness and connection with the All for almost three years. (in the memory of these bodies anyway) We have been trying new things, practicing and remembering witchcraft, alchemy, magic, energy connections, and so much more... and one of my favorite things we have discovered is the way we can deepen our connection with someone (or someTHING) through our common "Assemblage Points".

First brought into this awareness through Carlos Castaneda, Assemblage Points (AP's) have mostly been discussed as our OWN INDIVIDUAL Assemblage Points. Many other people/scholars/shamans have talked about differing information and understanding around AP's over the years. Recently, Stasia and I have been "downloading" (through dreams and communication and conversation with each other and our Guides) and unraveling more awareness about them (AP's). We have been practicing a few experiments and ceremonies regarding the "Assemblage Point Connection" between two or more individuals and how those connections can alter and deepen relationships as well as open portals and create Black Holes of Creation.

Now, to discuss what that means and how it might help you in your own life... :) (Isn't this fun?!!?! I love new discoveries!!)

According to past scholars and others who discuss Assemblage Points, (and in our own study as we have aligned with the teaching and practices of those who have gone "before" us) the Assemblage Point is located somewhere between the heart center and the throat center. Some (including me) call that point the "High Heart" Chakra. It is the "seat of truth" in the body. Where the Passion and Desire of the Heart (Chakra) is bridged to be communicated through the Throat (Chakra) into the world.

Please take just a moment to touch that place above your heart. It is also known as the thymus center where if tapped can activate your immune system. Go ahead and tap it to tune in to that space and activate the immune system as well as your connection to your Assemblage Point. (If you are not sure exactly where it is, just tap in that general area) You might notice a sensation of opening or awakening something there.
Now, as you are tapping that area, think about your own Assemblage Point. What is the place of highest awareness in your life? What do you feel you are here to share with the world? Is it to sing and open hearts? Is it to speak to the masses about something? Is it to paint or draw beautiful art that connects people? Is it to raise amazing children to live their passion? Is it to create amazing food for the people so that they may live and become their best and highest? IS it to teach something to the world? Is it to challenge people to step into their own Highest Place of Love and Support?
Pay attention to the things that you LOVE to do more than anything else. If you didn't have to think or worry about money, what would you be doing with your life? THAT is your Passion and your Purpose. THAT is what is created out of your High Heart to support yourself and others in living from the place of the Heart.

Now that you have an idea of your Highest Place of Passion and Purpose, breathe deeply into the High Heart area while touching that place with the palm of your hand (or both hands). Take another deep breath while thinking about your Purpose and Passion. One more deep breath while tuning in to your field (the area around you). Your Assemblage Point is now vibrating at the highest point and will begin calling all energies that vibrate at a similar and/or supportive rate into your field. Those energies will support you in releasing all that would hold you back from living fully in your Passion and Purpose. That energy will also support you in opening to all that you need to fulfill living and thriving in and from that place.

Now, about shared Assemblage Points... My favorite part!!! This part is all about how we connect with each other and how we support each other in living from our Purpose and Passion....

When you meet someone that you really like, there is something that draws you together. That something is the Assemblage Point. Many times, we wonder, "Why do I feel so connected and drawn to this person?" And sometimes, we never figure it out... BUT, if you decide you would like to know what that connection is, talk to each other about where you vibrate together at the highest point. What is your common Passion or Purpose? Where do you both vibrate together at the highest level? It could be that you are both parents of Indigo Children or that you are both singers, or both love to dance, or both love to support others in a certain specific way....

It COULD be that you are even sexually driven to connect!! That happens all the time!! My suggestion is to find your OTHER common Assemblage Point before you go the sex route. You don't want "Sex" to be your common Assemblage Point. Once you find your most potent (highest vibrational) common point, sex becomes so much more connected and deeply supportive... It is a HUGE place of Creation. Where many things can be brought into your field and into the world. (And not just babies)
And if you would like to know more about that, please read my sister, Stasia Bliss's new book called, "Create Your Life (Not Just Babies)". It's a great book to support you in finding ways to create ANYTHING from the sexual center of your body.

Once you have figured out where you and the other person share a common connection, just decide to lock that in! Tell each other, "I recognize that you and I share a common Assemblage Point, (And name the common bond) and I choose to lock in that connection now". Shake hands, hug, touch each others High Heart, touch foreheads to connect your Third Eye's together... whatever feels right or appropriate to both of you.

And now even MORE fun happens!!! :) Now that you have chosen to create that common Assemblage Point with another person, anyone else who shares that common vibration with the two of you is even more drawn to enter into your life! When three people, OR energies (including a Guide or Angel or animal or tree, etc) are gathered together with a common Assemblage Point, you can actually create a Vortex or Portal through which ALL things can be created anew! You open yourselves into realms of New Creation through which you can manifest anything to support the greater good!! Also, Once you start creating Assemblage Points with more people in your life, you may notice that you are creating a Grid or Matrix with them that spreads out and connects you to the Whole... This is where we begin tuning in to the vibration of connection with All Awareness... This is where we find our Connection with Wholeness and Creation!!! Is that part too much for you to think about? Than just start with your common Assemblage Points and notice how that supports you in your life... Either way, it supports you and is transferred to support those who enter into your field.

I love finding ways to deepen my connection with others thus connecting me with a deeper sense of All Awareness. This is why I share this information with you now. I would love to find and lock-in my Assemblage Point with you!!! Please let me know if you would be interested in tuning into that with me?

Releasing the 'Old' paradigm

A very interesting 'time' we find ourselves in...yes?! I know it is us, and not just me, as more and more - whenever I interact with anyone I find the same experience I have been having happening in those around me...it is so - we are spiraling inward more and more and with this, turning inside out, revealing all that was once 'hidden' on our inner 'private' 'secret' sector....now for all to see... no more are we seemingly separate beings... no greater has this been made known lately than in the realm of 'dis-ease' and 'clutter'. This is an interesting to show up for me so much...as both of these are things that I don't usually associate with myself... You see, I have spent a great many years on the 'purging' side of things...almost to the point of 'over-board'. and 'dis-ease'...well, I was just telling my dear sister that this state of being has never seemed to find a home in my being ... like my belief system has never allowed for the possibility of such...and so has been my reality...every 'cold' a detox and every 'headache' a download.

So, at this interesting stage in our weaving and unraveling I find that the insides turned out reveal to me those things at our ('my') deepest core...clutter and dis-ease. What do I mean? Well, in this process of seeing myself as the whole...knowing my journey to be one of discovering myself as the One Life...now seeing these things (which for some time, previous to this now, have been virtually non-existent in my perceived reality) surfacing...from 'the depths' as it were...in those 'around' me, in conversations, in situations...especially 'cancer' & 'hoarding'. These words specifically have come up in the last few days repeatedly. I have just come to realize them to be the same, really. Products of an old paradigm freeing itself and the 'waste' (if you will) surfacing from the final letting go of an unproductive way of being.

As we move now with more clarity of purpose and consciousness into 'the new world' these sorts of 'memories' of the way it 'used to be' are bound to surface...bound to come up as the reminants of the 'past' peel away. If we are to claim abundance & divine relationship with all - so completely, then those things which have 'limited' these expressions before will now seek to make their claim on us once more as we finally let them go (much the way the ego tries to reclaim its hold as we move to a place of mastery). What a beautiful process this is to watch unfold, flower, blossom.

The cancers of the world and the hoardings are but symbols of the old way, the one of lack, doubt, fear, suffering, 'not enough' mentality ... are we ready to release these completely?! I am!! Now is our opportunity - now is the time to say YES to our wholeness, YES to trust. Cancer in the body & in the planet - to me - represent a lack of presence, an inability to be fully with oneself authentically, a need to 'hide' from the situations around and within until a battle is waged within between authenticity and unconsciousness. Hoarding feels much the same...hiding from the world, within the mass of papers, boxes, 'things' accumulated over the years...not being present with the way the Universe/Life is giving us what we need in every moment...fear of not having enough, fear of one's true self in the present moment - authentic, stripped away of all decor, raw and NOW. without the 'news' of yesterday and the pictures of the past.

When we let go of the 'wrapping', the 'blocks' and the 'hiding' - we see ourselves and each other fully, completely, authentically...ultimately we know that we are really no different from each other, that we are all powerful beyond measure, beautiful and unique expressions of the One Life. How amazing is that?

Why do we hide from this? Why do we hide from our greatness? Why use 'dis-ease' or anything as an excuse to not be fully our divine selves?? I glimpse this why... I believe we are so used to not experiencing ourselves in such a purely divine and 'large' state that it is somewhat overwhelming...and to this I say - sip at your divinity, drink it in, allow yourself to re-familiarize with your greatness.... do not be so quick to run away and hide again back in your 'pile'... once you have seen it - even if it 'frightens' you at first, as it may certainly do to many of us...let that 'fright' turn to 'excite' and run back into the arms of yourself again and again - as you have before done with your anguish...feel the loving embrace of your greatness - enveloping you now more and more...revealing to you ever expansive layers, gently...for as we ask for the next level, the next layer to be revealed to us - we will not destroy ourselves with our bounty.. we will THRIVE and help one another to do the same.!! We ARE thriving... dive into the gracious spiral of our collective creation - this eternal NOW. We have envisioned it, and it is here. I see the last layers peeling away with not much a fight....for the fight is over and the beauty has swallowed us up.

I personally want to thank the old paradigm for it's offering of space...the 'time' we enjoyed in it's embrace. For with the pace we unraveled and 'became' this now...so the container held us...now released to the waves of ever rising Ecstasy that is ours to experience NOW.

I love you - my brothers and sisters, my family. All of you - reading this and not. I feel much rejoicing in the process I see and feel. There is nothing to do but bask, to cry tears of rejoicing and cuddle up with the infinite presence that now envelopes us all.

Welcome to the ageless age of transparency. I see you!

Weaving, unraveling,

What an interesting and exciting time we are in. Of course there is no time, but it still seems as though such a thing exists, since we have been so familiar with the concept. But as I open up into the resonance of what we before called time, I can feel how all the walls around each moment have disappeared nearly completely and it is completely possible to stretch any space, or condense it. Can you feel that?

The last - what we might all call 'a few days' - has been fascinating to me, as all the thoughts and ideas that have been swirling both around and within me are merging, twisting, exploding, folding, falling away, coming together...both anxiety and pleasure, numbness and pure feeling are my experience. What is this? I believe that we are coming into a highly enhanced period...a state wherein all things are magnified. I see it in my son. We have just moved into a house...he is adjusting .... it is an intense morphing/integrating experience for him, and me....he is able to express it so much more clearly than me, I think. He says yesterday: 'I am not comfortable in this house', and I reply, "really?, Why?"... and he responds " 'House' is just another word for 'body'." That is just it. Everything outside of us is a pure reflection of what is inside. He is repeating this for me almost daily. 'I am not comfortable in this body' - he means...while it morphs, adjusts, takes in the new ... we are being upgraded, getting the Universal download to become the next more expansive version of Self. Why? ... Only because we were all programmed to...it is 'time', that's all. We have all been preparing one way or another. Perhaps some of us knew it would be easier if we could see it coming and adjust a little at a time, maybe others of us knew it would be easier for the changes to just occur without understanding them. None of us are wrong. All of us are exactly where we need to be. I know I am getting that more and more. The things I used to think I needed to change...well, if they got changed, they needed to be - and if not, well, I guess they didn't :). More and more I am falling in love with the newness existing in every moment. The fact that we don't need to pull information from other times anymore in order to 'master' the moment. We master the moment now by simply being in it masterfully...with presence, with cheer, with pleasure, with intent. No other 'past' teacher has any more wisdom to impart that we cannot all download instantly in the moment from the cosmos. Trust ourselves more. Relinquish self-judgement. Relinquish responsibility to others. - does that sound 'irresponsible'? - Just be responsible to yourself, your truth - in this moment now. If that means in this moment I want to simple eat peanut butter and jelly and watch the fire in my fireplace...I ought to do it - fully - with presence, with cheer, joyfully, engaged in only that ... until the moment dictates a new direction, i.e. until the next thing enters my awareness to which I am drawn. For example this moment, in which I feel compelled to express this thought running through me. Which is assisting me in living it more fully, which may or may not assist you, but it doesn't matter...cause I am following my truth in the moment. . . and I can only guess, if I feel drawn to do so, that someone reading this is also moved by these words as they reflect an inner voice ... or else perhaps I would have just used a pen and paper, as I usually do. :)

The cosmos, me, you, Us, - - - a beautiful thing. This 'time' we are 'living' - glorious. In my opinion. Lucid living. Dreams are mere shadows of the daytime reality... I think it used to be, when we were all less aware, that our dreams could tell us more.... but now, our dreams are an echo of our day....reminding us of the things we know and perhaps take for granted during the day...?? Thoughts? I am, after-all, just rambling.

I get a sense this holiday season holds much more for us than we can all imagine at this time. For here we are... much of the mass awareness, aligning for a common purpose - even if it is just for gift-giving and creditcard overhaul...there is a resonance that is about to take place among all of human consciousness as a large majority of people enter into a season of giving...opening is happening... and now, with the frequency of the planet, the cosmos, just so.... we can't help but get taken - together - to the next level - collectively. I am excited. Christmas this year - supersized for everyone. ...

Look around at your 'stuff'....notice if the stuff you have is saying what you want to be saying to the Universe. Cause as my son so eloquently said - our stuff, our homes - are an extension of us, our bodies. So whatever we have - is our 'request' - our 'intention'.... in physical form. If we have a blender, we are saying we want to blend things, if we have a music player, we are saying we want to hear music, if we have tea cups - we are expressing a desire for tea, if we have a room full of boxes of the past, we are saying we don't have room for the present... that we are more interested in 'what has already occured'.... and perhaps that we would like to keep repeating it. Couches say we are going to sit, relax, etc. Beds, that we intend to sleep, showers, that we intend to clean ourselves... What do you have in your possession that you are not intending?? Are the clothes that you own telling of the 'person' that you are creating yourself to be?? Are the movies you own expressive of the consciousness you would like to possess?

Just some thoughts I have been playing with as I have purged much over the past few weeks.

The End of Suffering... The Beginning of Peace

Don't we all want an end to suffering? In ourselves? In our families? In our countries? In the world? The Universe??? The end of wars, the end of viruses, the end of forcing something on someone else, the end of pain bodies.... All of this can end if we just pay attention to how it all starts!

Pain and suffering begins when people touch us without our permission. And I'm not just talking about "inappropriate touching". I'm talking ANY touching! When someone comes toward you that makes you feel uncomfortable, do you notice yourself shrink back a little? And then if they reach out to touch you, or hug you, or God forbid, KISS YOU, do you feel yourself recoil? And do you usually let them touch you, hug you or kiss you? Most people would say yes. We don't want to "offend people", right? We can't just say, "no thank you" or step away... that would be rude!

Well, I say, step back, say "no thank you", take care of your field! When someone steps into your field of energy whose field is discordant with your own, it sends shock waves of spiky energy into your own field. Our field is meant to be fluffy, soft, comfortable all the time. When your field becomes rough, spiky, discordant, it creates pockets of energy that get stuck in your field and eventually, it becomes a part of your field, and then... it becomes a part of YOU! It turns in on itself because most people don't know how to clear their field of that kind of energy. Once it builds up in your field, it has nowhere else to go but inward. Our bodies take it on.

It may show up first as a nagging pain in your shoulder or neck or back or other joint pain, and then it can turn into pain in your organs and muscles, and then chronic pain in your body which can then turn into major illness/dis-ease/colds/flu/etc... and then intense suffering until eventually, it becomes the thing that takes you out of this body and this life... Could be a heart attack, diabetes, cancer, dementia, clogged arteries, "old age", etc...

AND, somewhere along the line of pain, illness and suffering, we end up taking it out on others around us. Usually those we love since they are the ones who are around us (and probably touch us) the most. And then we might take it out on a co-worker, friend, retail employee, waitress, phone operator, someone who cuts us off in traffic, and so on... The pain needs to be passed along so we don't feel the burden of carrying it around by ourselves... "Others should suffer too" becomes our un-conscious or sub-conscious motto. (For some it is even a fully-conscious motto)

When we touch someone else while we are in any kind of pain, we pass along the pain through the touch. Our touch is VERY powerful! Our energy can co-mingle with someone else's energy pretty well until we touch them or they touch us, and then, it is like the energy becomes "sticky"... It becomes tangible... and now it is passed on.
(This also works when we are in a very highly positive and happy energy space. When we ask someone who is suffering if they want a hug - and they say yes - we pass along a powerful healing energy to the other person because they have given permission to have it... and they usually feel better after the hug. This is represented by the mother who says to her hurting child, "do you want me to kiss it and make it better?")

And of course, this energy is passed along to family members... Your children, your spouse, your parents... because we spend so much time in each others fields, we will have to carry some of the same energy in our fields... So, as children, we carry the burden of our parents' pain and suffering... and then we create our own because we weren't taught to clear our field. And then we pass it along to those people we come into contact with, and it just builds and builds until it becomes the infrastructure in which we live and conduct our lives.

Families, neighborhoods, communities, societies, retail businesses, eating establishments, corporations, the medical world (caregivers, doctors, nurses), states, countries, governments all take on the energy of the "weakest link" (so to speak) because not many people are working to clear or clean up the parts that seem insignificant and meaningless.... so we fight and argue and create more pain and suffering which builds and builds to the world-wide level where we wage wars!!

What if..... Let's just imagine for a moment that we all decided to ask each other if we can touch each other before we step into another person's field of energy. That might seem awkward, but think about it for just a second. Don't you wish certain people would do that for you? Wouldn't you love to take a moment to adjust your energy and prepare yourself for just a moment before you allow that person to step into your field? And wouldn't it be amazing if you could say to someone, "no thank you" without their taking it personally?

It doesn't mean the other person is "bad" or "yucky" necessarily, it just means your fields may not mesh and blend in a way that helps you both retain your fluffy, soft, comfortable field...

I have been practicing this with my Beloved for about a week and a half and it has shifted how we communicate, how we share space, the energy that we create around ourselves and our home, and how we treat others! I don't just walk up to a child I know any more and give them a hug or kiss. I realize they might not want my energy! And there are times when I ask, "Can I have a hug?" when they turn away or say no, and I totally respect that now! I don't take it personally! There is NOTHING to take personally! They are only taking care of their field!!

I notice how grandparents, aunts, uncles, even parents automatically assume their child (niece/grandchild/etc) is ALWAYS ok with being hugged or kissed. Even when a child turns away or says no, the family member grabs them and kisses them anyway. (sometimes kids are just being silly or playing, but there are MANY times when the child is visibly uncomfortable when the person grabs them). This energy is unnatural in a child's field, and yet, they are forced to "deal with it" when they don't even have many coping skills beyond fight or flight!

Think before you touch. This is all I am suggesting. Honestly, sincerely, deeply tune-in to the other person. Even ask them if it is all right if you touch them or hug them or step into their "comfort zone" (AKA Their Field).

Be present when you are being touched or hugged. Allow yourself to tune in to the vibration that is in your field when another person steps into it. Deeply open yourself to how it may or may not support the energy that you are wishing to hold in your field.

And please do understand, I know things happen so we can be taken out of our comfort zone and that is sometimes necessary to shift our energy to a new place. I get that we need others to sometimes step in and shake us up a little bit. What I am saying is, JUST BE MORE PRESENT around others and how your field may or may not blend well with another person's field. This presence could truly be how we end suffering in the world!

Imagine a world where everyone respects each other and tunes in to one another's fields so deeply that we can FEEL when we are not meant to enter another person's energy space. Imagine a world where each child can feel safe and not need to go into fight or flight mode to protect themselves. Imagine the world we are wishing to create, see, feel and live in where we are at peace with one another. No more wars, only trust and peace and love.

This is not a "new age" concept. This awareness has always been around. Let's become more present with each other. Let's be more kind to one another and respect the space that is meant to support us ALL. When one is suffering, The All suffers on some level too. Let's find a way to heal all pain and suffering by tuning in to how we interact with each other. How we touch each other. How our fields co-mingle with each other.

NOW the phrases, "We are the one's we've been waiting for" and, "Change begins with me" take on a brand new and deeper meaning for me... How about you?

Stepping into my Purpose, WITH Purpose, ON Purpose

I've always "known" I have a purpose, but I really haven't struggled with needing to "Know" my purpose...
I know I have one, and that is really all that matters to me...
I've also known "It would all make sense one day"... and I also know "that day" is near.
I am just excited and crazy with anticipation of how close it is. And everything that happens is just one moment closer and one experience closer to that moment. All of the people, all of the experiences, and talks, and information, and "world-things" are just coming together and happening to line up to the moment of "My Purpose Being Realized" in each moment.
Every conversation and action taken, every breath, every blink of my eyes, every drink of water, every tiny thing is one second closer to "The Awareness" and "The Realization" of my Purpose so I can live FROM, AS, and ON Purpose.....
It's waiting for me to get my proverbial "stuff" together and decide I am ready to come together in that single moment of C L A R I T Y.......

Do I put it off because everything is not perfectly lined up? Am I waiting for a sign from myself? Is there some message from my past or future self that I am looking for? Some dream/dejavu that I am waiting to say, "Aaaaannnnndddd..... NOW!!!!"
And I ask all of this knowing the answer is Yes... AND No. :)
And yet, I am not frustrated, worried, concerned, impatient, afraid...

I think all I have been waiting for is for "someone" to say, "Terra, I hear you, I trust you, I believe you (and IN you). Now, do your thing!"...
The main person I have not felt trusted by is ME! I haven't trusted that other people can or will trust me, I haven't trusted (fully) that I AM listening to my inner-guidance and that it is ALWAYS right-on, I haven't trusted on all levels that ALL of my thoughts, actions, experiences, relationships, etc. were happening so I would be guided to that perfect moment of C L A R I T Y.... Until right now... in this very moment! And I am willing to say that for myself now! "TERRA, DO YOUR THING!!!"

All of a sudden, I just realized that I AM ready! And, and, and.... I AM MY PURPOSE! I AM doing what I am meant to do... ALL THE TIME!!!! My Purpose is BEING ME! My Purpose is living as "The Great I Am" and trusting that All things are happening for the greater good!!

I feel like a conductor who has had little or no control of an orchestra... and yet, the moment I tap my wand, EVERYTHING around me just falls into place and does exactly what is meant to happen. I am an instrument that needs to play the first note, and the rest will just HAPPEN! Everyone else plays their notes in perfect harmony with me, the pieces fall into place, all things are in perfect balance and harmony!!! And it just takes me stepping into my Purpose (fully embracing and trusting myself to be, do and experience my life as "The Great I Am") and that changes EVERYTHING!

Self/God/Universal Source/All That Is/The Great I Am,
I trust that all is revealed in Divine Timing, and that I am helpful in being an instrument of peace and patience.... We can all get very caught up in what we think we know... Please support me in letting go gently.
It is very revealing to know my weaknesses, which allows grace and prosperity to take shape. Help me know my weaknesses AND my strengths so I can let go of both and recreate myself as an individual of Dark AND Light - B A L A N C E. I accept, I allow, I embrace, I let go...

If I could die....

I wonder what my epitaph would say...? What would I wish to leave the world upon my physical departure?
Well, since I don't believe in death, (or birth for that matter) I started thinking about what I would want to tell the world TODAY. (Since this IS all I have)
And this is what decided to come through:
If I were to be "gone" from your senses today, I would want you to know that I am not truly gone. If I were to dissapear from your physical reality, I would want you to know that you can talk to me just like you can now.
I want you to know that I am never here or there or physical or material or animal, vegetable, mineral, or otherwise... I just AM.

So, as I am remembering what I have gone through so far today, I am able to share what I have learned. I was given a vision that helped me remember my connection to Source in a very simple way.

Imagine you are a vehicle of some kind (like a Farari, or a 65 Mustang, or a truck, or an airplane... use your imagination) :) And the vehicle that is you also still has all the Human abilities, awarenesses, senses, thoughts, etc... You are still human, but also a vehicle. This vehicle that is you is sitting at a fueling station and it is plugged in to a gas pump that is never ending, and to an air pump for each tire, and being filled with life source ALL THE TIME.
Now, imagine thinking that you can not have something you want... Or, you can't pay a bill, or you aren't in the relationship you want to be in. This is you unplugging from Source awareness! This is allowing the ego to take over your thoughts and turn your interests toward lack/not enough/desire/etc. Every time you do this, you pretend to not be hooked into the Source of your life force. You pretend that you have become unhooked from one or more of the air pumps or fuel tanks, so you eventually feel depleated/empty/un-fulfilled/etc... If you decide to feed into this belief, you will continue to forget your connection to Source and eventually never feel like there is any way to re-connect. You will pretend you can not remember how to get filled up again.

What I would like to share with you today is the memory of the fuel station of Source Energy that is always there for you. If you feel down, remember you are always FULL. If you feel lack, remember that you are always FULL!!! It's really that simple. You can never be empty or less than or in lack or depleated because you are always hooked up to Source.
You might THINK you are disconnected... You might THINK you don't have enough. You might THINK you can't be supported, loved, at peace, blissful all the time, but that is only your ego pretending. (And ego only does that to help you remember who you really are.) Ego is not the bad guy, it's actually your best friend!!! It's the only one that is constantly reminding you of the opposite of that which you are. It provides the mirror for you to reflect the opposite so you can remember the truth...

You are Source and Source is you. You are the teacher and the student. You are Prosperity, Abundance, Bliss, Love, Peace, Joy, and so much more. It can't be taken away from you. You are the Source of your own beliefs. Nothing can be depleated. Only you can pretend it can be. And when you pretend, Source will support you in that because that is what you have decided to experience (and you are Source!!).

Try to remember that the Guilt voices in your mind wish to dominate and control you so you can feel safe.
And the Support voices in your mind wish to protect you... which is a form of control and domination.
The imbalance of "teacher" archetype and "student" archetype are representative of certain parts of this thinking...
So, maybe the balance comes from knowing the teacher and the student as completely aligned and always present. Not the teacher OR the student, but the teacher AND the student...

I was just talking to Stasia and said, "I want to accept my ego while also being in 100% Bliss". This statement comes from many hours and months and years of conversations with mom and dad, friends, teachers, students, and most recetly with Stasia, Michael, my Master Mind groups, Universal Source, mom and dad, and a three year old named Tage... :) These conversations have created the awareness that we can (if we choose) stay in these bodies forever... with ego awareness, with senses intact, and stay completely connected to the body as long as we choose to.

I choose to live in Bliss with complete awareness of, and respect for, this body. I choose to disappear, bi-locate, fly, and expereince all the things that I know are possible within the confines of my dreams, only now in this physical reality that I call awareness. And I am willing to experience that even if you don't think I can. I am willing to allow myself to step into the memory of empowerment ALL the time. The ability to plug into Source ALL the time and the ability to remember that I AM Source.

If you are with me, raise your hand... You may be in your office, or at home, or in your car with someone else reading this to you, but if you are with me, raise your hand... The Universe can see you, and we are aligned. :) Let's step more fully into the body of water that is Source energy and swim to our hearts content!!! If you're not with me, that's ok. I am no longer afraid of doing it by myself. I am now fully aware of my ability to be One as Source. Thank you for helping me remember.

We are now in the in & out-breath of Universal Oneness as we birth ourselves anew. The shift from separateness to Unity is now. Open your heart and feel the All as One as You.

To Pray or Not to Pray?

The quote of the day causing much discussion on facebook is: If you "truly" believed in God then you wouldnt pray for anything or anyone. All you would see is a divine dance of consciousness always in perfection :))

Some one else asks the question 'does this mean we should stop praying or changing the way we look at prayer?' Well, does it? Let's think about it - if we really EMBRACE that we are divinity, that we are not separate from that which created us, then who are we praying to exactly? Believing in a God/Goddess who is 'out there' who can grant wishes and protect us is dis-empowering, for it denies that we are made of and ARE the very same energy as this creator/source/the whole. When we 'pray' and ask someone/something else to do something for us we are in effect shirking the responsibility of being part of the solution, we are denying that we too have the power within ourselves to create change, movement, solution. Why would we do that?

Religiously speaking the idea of God is an authority figure of sorts, one to be respected and honored, obeyed and followed. This sets up a relationship that is hierarchical, or 'Master/Student' if you want to look at it in a slightly more expanded light. But, even the Master - in a Master/Student relationship knows that the true master lies within - not without. The 'Master' wishes to inspire and show the example that the student has the answers/energy/light within all the time. Just look at every Master/Student story out there. Those who say that God is somehow more than just a Master says that this 'God' would create a somehow inferior product to worship him/her. Sounds egotistical to me. Instead, this Divine energy is our larger Self - US, in effect - at a whole level... we are the same...We are expressions of the whole, the microcosmic version of the macrocosmic truth...

Here we are, living in a very conscious time where those of us wanting to embrace our divinity are shifting the paradigm for all. I find it interesting that those of us who I would consider 'in the know' would question this notion of releasing the need for prayer. And perhaps it isn't even releasing as much as 'redefining'. - If you have read or listened to Gregg Braden's 'lost mode of prayer' you would find that the modality of prayer that many of us have lost or are unaware of is the empowered part - the part where we pause to feel...in every fiber of our being...the prayer already answered - we create the emotion, the feeling, the experience inside already. By this we participate in the creation of that which we would seek after. We are the Divine co-creating the experience for ourselves and the many.

Many times I have made the statement 'I imagine a world of empowered people'.... when I think of this in terms of prayer I think - WOW - what if everyone embraced the power that is within themselves? - what if, whenever you saw something that didn't resonate with you - you stopped to see it as you would like to see it - in a healed, whole and beautiful way.? What if each one of us did this throughout the world, instead of giving away that power to an unseen force? For every time we 'pray' and say something like 'Let there be peace on Earth' - we are saying that there is not peace now. When we say 'please let johnny become well' - we are saying he is ill. If we instead look at all things as the divine dance they are - and begin together to visualize the changes we would like to see - instead of wishing away that which we do not like - while at the same time honoring the process that comes from our joint visualizaton....we would, I strongly believe, begin to see miraculous things in a very short period of time.

You, Me, ALL of us are Divine - ALL OF US. We are ALL part of the grand and beautiful dance - each one of our choices, thoughts, deepest fears, loves and dreams create the world in which we live. I invite each one of us to right now in this moment OWN your divinity. OWN your power to contribute equally to the unfolding of the dance.

If we back up our perspective even more we can see that - we, together, are the ONE LIFE - One energy expressing as the many....through us the divine essence experiences mortal existence, physical pleasure, pain, wind, laughter, tears. In a detached place of inner alignment we can begin to merge with this awareness and know ourselves to be the ONE. See one another as pure reflections of the larger Self - no matter what is happening. AND - by that same power and vision, we can step into ourselves more completely, step into the body of the 'dancer' and begin to try a new step in the eternal flow...notice the new way in which our experience can take shape when we accept our presence, embrace our infinite beingness...dance the dance of eternity in this here NOW. What would you like to SEE in the world? Begin now to dance it - live it, breath it .... and then every moment of life becomes the prayer, the place of honor to the Divine within, and obedience to the purest direction ever given - the pull of the heart to express JOY!! Becoming me...

What does it mean to "Do what you love"? What does it mean to "Find yourself"? What does it mean to "Love yourself"?

Well, I have some ideas (of course) :) and I want to see what comes out here. I have recently been working through the process of shifting from Tara Farmer to Terra Bundance. I decided to change my name on my birthday in May, 2009. Stasia and I were talking about me possibly changing my name and we were goofing around making up names and playing with words around Abundance, and Positivity, and lots of other ideas. Then Stasia said "Terra Bundance"! We just laughed and said, "wouldn't that be hilarious and fun?" The more I thought about it, the more it "FIT". I spent 9 months sitting with it and then my Beloved, Michael, helped me pay for the name change for Christmas. It was legally changed on January 28th, 2010. I have been going through the process of changing out my bills, social security, drivers license, etc since then.

Well, yesterday, the most interesting thing happened. Without going into too much unnecessary detail, mom and I were talking on the phone yesterday about a conversation we had last week. I "knew" I said one thing in last weeks' conversation, and she "knew" I said something else. We realized we were experiencing two different realities.
{Stasia had brought up last week that we are jumping in and out of different realities all the time... More and more these days}
Once mom and I realized neither one of us was crazy, I remembered something that happened earlier in the day yesterday. I had to sign my name, "Tara Farmer" on a bill receipt. It felt yucky and like I had no idea even how to sign that name any more... And then I remembered I had received my new Drivers License in the mail yesterday, and I put both the old and the new license in my wallet together (I was going to take out the old one when I got home, but forgot to do it). It literally felt like I was living as both realities!!! And when I was talking to mom last week, she was getting the "Tara Farmer" connection and I was remembering the "Terra Bundance" connection.

So, in the end, I was able to smooth over the situation with a third party who was in the middle of mom and my conversation. And mom suggested that I do some kind of ceremony to "let go" of Tara Farmer. She said, "Please be Terra Bundance" :) (My own mom!! LOL!!)
Then, last night, a friend came over who helped me through a process of absorbing the aspects of Tara Farmer that I love, and respect. It feels as though I am shifting my vibration to align and balance with the wholeness of me.

This makes me wonder how others can do the same thing... Do you have to change your name to experience this? I don't think so, it just happens to be how I chose to do it... But what might it look like to absorb and align with your own full and complete self? I understand this might change all the time, but since all we have is right here and right now, what would it look like to align yourself right now?

I just thought about a chocolate Stasia and I were guided to make called "Divine Yourself". It helps me feel very aligned and balanced. I'm gonna go eat some right now :)

I will suggest that you find the tools and things that support you in aligning with your Divine Self as often as possible. You could start now by writing where you feel OUT of alignment. And from there, call in the support to help you align with your Divine.

Parallel Realities

Ok....this has been on my mind and in conversation the past few days....Parallel realities. You have probably heard the notion of quantum physics that ALL possibilities exist at once. If you really feel what it means to be beyond space and time - in timelessness - everything existing NOW....it really takes out the option of Past and Future. So, if there is no past and future - and everything is really happening NOW....then it is just where we are putting our attention or focus which gives us our experience. Have you ever felt as though you were in a loop...repeating the same pattern over and over again with only the characters seeming to change, or the scenery?....like a relationship, job, illness? ... If we have the whole Universe to draw from - to choose what to experience, why do many of us repeat things over and over? ... Well, I am off that train. When something comes up and it feels like I've done it before, I'm done with it. . . We can all choose to just 'get it' and move onto what is next...So, in the new domain of living 'quantumly' this idea of parallel realities is an exciting prospect to me.

If everything, every possibility is existing at once - it is just up to me which one I am choosing to put my focus on and 'experience'. Rather than noticing repeating patterns, I can now choose to notice when I have 'jumped' realities. Sometimes the alternate reality is so subtle that only a few small changes there could be noticed, like a friends favorite dress, or the position of a pen jar....but often times in parallel realities the characters are acting out very different expressions from the reality I just came from....this can be confusing at first, but when beginning to notice these little changes as 'clues' that I am in fact in a different version of reality, they can be exciting moments of confirmation.

So how do we jump realities? .... I think we potentially do this every time we make a decision...for any decision is a crossroad of sorts. Every decision is the opportunity to choose one reality or another. So what if we feel we have made a 'wrong' choice or turn somewhere? ... well, the great thing is that we are masters of our own reality(ies) and we can always choose to alter our reality at any given moment.

What reality do you choose?

There are so many ways to look at the idea of 'creating your own reality'. Perhaps it just seems simpler to me that everything already exists, than to create entirely from scratch. Then I just choose what it is I want to experience, nothing is 'out of reach' and ALL limitations fall away, truly. That is what I believe anyway, but for some reason the idea of parallel realities and the ability to jump realities at any given time seems to activate a certain sense of my own 'super powers' more than any other empowering thought previous. Isn't that what we are looking for? Something to assist us in embracing the unlimited power of our own beingness?! For we are truly all unlimited beings of unlimited potential and power. We are the Source, we are that which created all....There is NO separation between us and the energy of ALL... Simply WE are LIFE'S PURPOSE - each one of us.... So, go ahead, choose now the reality which serves your highest potential. You are Grand! xoxo

So, just a thought... As I do agree with Golden Hawk... We must create the place we live in by supporting it at the highest realm possible...

And yet, I also feel this planet is ready to let go and move into another realm of awareness (what some people call "dying")... And that she is in the process of birthing what some may call a "New Earth".
As long as we are acting as midwives and not trying to clean up the mess that has already caused the damage, we might be more able to step into this new place (By helping it to become birthed into our consciousness and reality) by stepping it up and stepping into the 5th dimension with true, pure, conscious, aligned awareness...
I suggest this to possibly allow for another perspective to focus on... We can't help birth the New Earth until our present energy is in alignment with that new energy coming in, so we must take responsibility and allow for this is enter into our own DNA and psyche... The only way we can move through this is to surrender to it and allow for the birthing pains and the creation of something we have only dreamed of.
This will seem painful, (as any of you birthing moms may recall what that feels like.) But we can and will get through it as long as we allow the support of all that is coming in to combine with our efforts to grow.
We are truly in this together (with the ALL) and we can allow it, or fight it.

From here, I leave it... I just felt the desire to share this... It felt very strong and powerful... Too powerful not to share....

Prayers and support please!!

We are waiting to hear from an energetic, scientific, and spiritual group (that many of you know about) who will be supporting us in our efforts to create energetic, intuitive, intentional, and transformational raw chocolate. It is a HUGE group who we highly support and believe in, but I am not going to mention the name until we have the "Go Ahead" on discussing it.

I am VERY excited and SO shaky with anticipation about this!!! It is what we have been feeling for some time. We knew we would be working with many of the people involved in this group, and the time is now to step fully into what we have been manifesting and creating :)

Please send energy and prayers and love to support this knowing in the realm of wholeness that All is supported in the allowing of that which we have been calling in.

No more Pain...?!

Last night - during a session with Universal Source - the question came up 'If there is really no more pain - in this new world, new awareness - why do we still feel pain? Terra and I have been musing on this one for some time - but the answer which came through is brilliant!
The image that came through was like many hallways all leading to eventual darkness. Each hallway is filled with many doors. Some open, some closed. If a door is left either un-opened or un-closed in the hallways...the result is physical pain. It is as if, in our progress, that we are leaving unfinished pieces in the process. It is our intention to complete each passage, each hallway. The hallway isn't really a hallway, and the doors, not doors, but rather synapses in the brain, neuro-pathways, DNA restructuring. Like tiny holes in our field that need repair.
So, when there is pain experienced in the physical body, we have the opportunity to 'ask' (our guides, highest self, Source) to create the connection that was missing, the 'close the door', to smooth over the opening in our field...and the result is the removal of the experience of pain.
Does this make sense? To me, this is incredible information!!
All we need do to experience this 'healing' is to have the knowledge and intention of the repair... then the shift is automatic! Let's all try it!

Business or Bees Wax...?

A couple months ago, I was thinking about the word "business". Stasia and I had been talking about changing the way we see "business", and by proxy, change the way we as a human body see it. So, that day a couple months ago, when I was contemplating the word I heard my thoughts go to the phrase, "None of your bees wax"... That made me smile because people say that instead of "none of your business". My funny brain loves a good play on words, so instead of calling our company a "business", I told Stasia I wanted to call it a "Bees Wax". This at least takes the mind out of the old concept of business and into a new concept of fun.

So, the other thing that has changed the way I see business is that we gave our Raw, Transformational Chocolate Bees Wax the name, "Never The Same Chocolate". We have had several people who understand "marketing for business" say to us, "Inconsistency will kill a business", and, "People always want to be able to depend on consistency", and, "How are you going to get return business if you are always changing?"

To this we say a few things... We are not a business, we are a Bees Wax; We are changing the way people see "business"; We have had no problem with return customers so far; We (as people and a planet) are always changing, and a company is going to change with the people and the times... We decided to step into what is going to happen anyway and just admit we are always going to change.

Our tag line (thank you to our sister JJ Connoly!!) is "Always amazing, never the same". People can always depend on AMAZING chocolate, but it will never be quite the same...
It has been very interesting the resistance we have received from people about that possibility of constant change... And yet, the very same people who resist the concept are asking us, "did you bring your chocolate with you??" every time we see them.

Another thing I have been saying lately is, "this is how I pay myself for living." :) I love doing what I love and loving what I do. I pay myself for that, and every day I look in the mirror and say, "Thank you for loving your life so much that you pay yourself for doing what you would be doing if you never had any concerns on how to pay bills." What a concept!!! :) Paying yourself for living...

Consider writing down what you would be doing if you never had to worry about bills. Not just what you would do for "work", but what you would JUST DO. I love making and eating chocolate, I love singing, I love channeling, I love traveling and visiting places I have never been. (I wrote a blog a few days ago about "Do what you love..." There are so many things I wrote in that blog that I LOVE to do. THAT is how I live now.)

I do what I love all the time. And the "Universe of Abundance" provides all I need to do those things and more. Example: I just got a $250 tithe this weekend for singing at a church that I hadn't sung at in 6 months. I sang there on Mothers' day, and I just got the tithe check yesterday... I had no idea that would happen, but it did. I am always being taken care of!! ALWAYS and in ALL WAYS!! :) Thank you me and thank you Universe of Abundance!!!!

When you know this as truth, it will be your truth... (Or whatever YOU see as the truth for YOU... live it and it will be that way)

This blog sort of went off in a few directions, but it's all connected :) The main point is that you can change things to fit your perspective. Just live as if it does, and it will... No need to convince others or change to fit into someone else's box, and it is ok to change your mind... I am living proof that changing your mind does not kill you... it actually makes you stronger!!!

If you could start a Bees Wax, (What I consider to be the "New Wave" of companies) what would it be? Try to think of something that you love, and create it into something that has never happened... As long as you have faith and trust you will be taken care of, you will!!! And I would love to hear when your Bees Wax takes off!!! Let me be the first to congratulate you for paying yourself for living!!!! Isn't it GREAT??!!?

More thoughts on "man up"...

OK, so we (Stasia and I) have received a LOT of communication on this topic of "Man Up". I would like to take a moment to revisit and re-connect on this conversation...

It is a powerful one and worthy of the time and energy. Why? Well, anything that has controversy or comes up often in my daily life tends to draw my attention. What are people saying? Well, I have heard everything from, "You're not a man, so you can't use that phrase" to, "What do you MEAN man up??!?!" to, "It's about time someone brings this up!".... And many more...

The quotes are as varied as the people saying them, and I have given pretty much the same perspective for every one of them... "Do what you love and love what you do... and don't blame someone else when you don't get what you want."
To me, that is the true meaning of "Man Up" (or woman up too, but I am seeing this come up in more men than women these days).

In other words, get over your pitfalls, get out of victim and lack mentality, and be who you WANT to be!! (not who you think someone else wants you to be)

So, what does that look like? An example- A friend says to you,"Let's go jogging instead of hiking" And you respond with, "You don't like anything I like to do!!" (Taking things personally is a victim mentality! Maybe it's not about you! Just communicate your desires and have a conversation instead of being in fear, blame, or avoidance)
Another example- If you feel like doing something and it is something new or possibly scary, STOP STOPPING YOURSELF!!! Just DO it!!! LEAP my friend, LEAP!!!
Another example- If you want to talk to someone and you say to them, "I want to talk to you about something". Instead of waiting for that other person to come to you, just go to them and tell them what you want to tell them! When you say things like, "I told you I wanted to talk to you and you never called me", you are putting your life in someone else's hands. (And then complaining about it when it doesn't happen the way you wanted it to!)

In summation, Please please please please please step into your empowered self! Until you step into your empowered self, you are going to be unhappy while blaming others for your inability to accept who you CAN be!!! It's YOUR life!!! Not mine, not anyone elses!! I can't DO anything for you that you are not willing to do for yourself!!!

Man Up means, BE PRESENT AND CREATE YOUR LIFE IN AN EMPOWERED WAY!!! Do what you love and love what you do ALL THE TIME!!!

OK, I know I got a little extreme with the capitol letters and the exclamation points, but I am a little bit passionate about this subject. (can you tell?) :)

Do what you Love...

...and love what you do. Some say this is the meaning of success... When you do what you love and love what you do, everything else is cake!!

I had an awareness come in this morning while thinking about this body I inhabit. I realized, "MONEY WORKS FOR ME!!! I DON'T WORK FOR MONEY!!!"

How can I work "for" someTHING?? We can say we work "for" an employer, or "for" ourselves, or "for" a living... But, we can't say we work "for" money... What is money doing "for" us in return? Nothing... It's the employers that give us money for working "for" them. It is other people who give us money for doing something "for" them... Money does not do anything "for" us, so we do not work "for" money... (Although, money may play a supporting role in our lives, it still doesn't "do" anything "for" us.)
It seems simple, but it suddenly shakes the foundation of how I see money....

After I thought about that for a little while, I asked myself, "What do I love?"
So, I wrote these things down:
I love - to sing; to channel; make chocolate; spend time with my friends and family; teach; travel; learn new things; meet new people; experience new people, places, things; eat good food; play with kids and animals; make music with people, the environment, my Guides and musical instruments; create new ideas and things; expand; explore; laugh; love; eat chocolate; play with essential oils; indulge; listen to music; dance; watch people do what they love; watch a spiritual movie; be outside; see a play; camp; feel good; get massages; get acupuncture; go to the chiropractor; get pampered; take baths; be "alone" with my Beloved; (be ANYwhere with my Beloved); share; support; cry (happy and release tears); peace; respect; trust; truth; honesty; playing with hairstyles; being taught by others and myself; new things; sudoku; to smell flowers; to play in the grass with bare feet; happiness; Bliss....

This list would grow as long as I desired to sit with it, but maybe you get the point... Not once did I think, "Work for money"... Not once did I think, "go to work", "fit in", "drive an hour to be somewhere I don't like"... I typed only things I love to do, love to experience, love to be, love to see.

So then, what is my point? My point is this; I love the life I am living. I love being in this time and place and tuned in to All other times and places. I love considering that there is always more to learn and glean from this experience... I love knowing nothing ever stays the same... I love realizing that I am never the same. I love surrendering to that and allowing the next thing to come in/come up/be seen/be felt...

I am only going to feel fully, 100% supported when I do what I love and love what I do 100% of the time... And some may ask, "Is that even possible?" I say, yes... it is. Do I need to convince you? How about I hold space for you to find that awareness for yourself? (See our blog about 5-D thoughts) I will continue living in my Bliss and I will live the example of what that can look like.

Musings in the Dawn of Summer...

It seems a long and foggy season of remembering and forgetting what time was like when things flowed east and west... Inside my being I see the promise of the fire envelop the old way...I feel myself disintegrate into the wholeness that exists behind the time worn mind. Everything is new, everything is true and nothing is the same. ... nothing gives way to what is IN me. what is inside is welling up and pouring out from every side and every word I speak now echoes perfectly the clarity of heart I find in each sunrise and every breath. No regrets. Only thanks for the glorified versions of self running around in cloth and nakedness, showing me the parts that I dare not perform in this form... thank you self, thank you selves. I trust the process so completely that I am sometimes falling backward flinging my arms up and spinning them around as I make my way to the caressing arms of what I never knew before -awaiting me so patiently with glee. And though the falling still makes this human form create hormones of what I knew before as fear and clinging, now I am beginning to see this sensation as pure and utter delight, as joy beyond the known, as the wonderful awe of the new now revealing... what was before terror of loss is now the elegant shedding of what is no longer present - - a dance of fabric blowing, twirling with the wind...sometimes whipping quick and sharp with the gusts, and other moments brushing the sand...only to be picked up again to hold the shape of another embrace of sky.

So now, as the flow of life is internalized and crystallized...as my intentions become more clear and more precise...the never before seen parts are becoming seen...and the always expressed indigestion of emotion is pressed out...concentrating the impressing aspects I find within - treasures. vision. clarity.

Let the dance take us where it might...let the desert melt into the night...and the ocean of our lives - a sight, of endless power and bliss. However grace may find us, let the story now behind us be an ever lifting presence - which inspires authentic living, ever giving, receiving, being, believing, conceiving and becoming endlessly!

Man Up!

Sitting on a very affordable and charming sofa last night with an amazing goddess friend, eating raw kale salad and transformational chocolate :) the conversation turned to men...and where are the 'empowered' ones? ... Both of us having many stories to share about the men who show up in our lives only to reflect what it looks like to 'not' be stepping up, we wondered why this is?

There are so many men who 'say' they are spiritual, who 'want' to be empowered and living a life as their fullest authentic selves, but when it comes right down to it - not much is happening there...

A bit disappointing.

For me personally, I have the uncanny ability to see someone's highest potential and not how they are actually 'showing up'... a nice trait indeed, but it often doesn't serve me - especially when the person I am seeing in their highest expression doesn't see themselves that way, and starts to feel that I am holding them to some 'high ideal' that they can't reach. Hmmm?! Ok, so, this hasn't felt like a quality I am so ready to abandon. What? Start trying to see 'the real you?'...I thought I was. This you - the one you are expressing - is the one who tries, or wants to try, the one who feels somehow dis-empowered and wants to feel inspired, the one who says they are on the path, and yet keeps reverting to the 'old patterns'. I see you as your godself - and no less....please let me do that!

This is a call out to all the men who are saying they are stepping up, who want to, who wish to be....but still AREN'T! Man UP! Please!!! We women are starting to feel a bit lonely without our counterparts.

Now, at the same time I am saying this I am also fully aware that the reflections that are showing up in the male are just that - reflections of me ...and so, somehow, on some level - I am still needing to step it up, make myself more of what I am, and embrace the empowered, centered me that I know I am. Even more! ... Ok - I am ready. I accept.

'I do hereby now declare that I embrace myself fully and step into the empowered goddess that I am. I release those fears and patterns of old that held me back and now see clearly the me I AM!" ......ok, done.

Wait!!!!! The question arises from one of my dear spiritual brothers, " why do you women even need us?" and "what do you need us for?".... hmmm.... In all this work of 'self-empowerment' are we women scaring off the men somehow - as if to tell them that we don't need them?, That we can do it alone'?

Ok, so this is part of the evolutionary process, no doubt. In the not too recent past, women have been dis-empowered, feeling that they could not speak their minds, do what they want, and embrace the beautiful goddess within. So - hooray for the women of today that are doing this! It feels that we women have been sooooo long anticipating and wanting this shift that we are jumping in and embracing the empowerment full throttle...and the men, with their lovely way of being calculating and logical about everything in the past, (needful previously to balance the overly introverted woman) are now being 'left in the dust' so to speak of the beautiful and bold counterpart.

- Now let me make a note that this is NOT the case with ALL men. I know there are a handful of amazing, empowered Gods out there who know themselves, are connected to source and are not afraid to embrace their whole selves & power - ....but handful they are.

What can we women do to support the rest of the men in moving into this place of empowerment? Personally I keep holding the vision within of the male in me - treating with grace, beauty, strength and passion - the female within. That means honoring my cycles, my intuition, trusting myself. And the female within is also beginning to trust more the male aspects of me - the dynamic action, expressiveness, organizational qualities & strength. For if I don't feel the relationship within, I know I can never see it without.

But I must say ....if I don't call myself on my sh*t, if I am always 'soft' and 'gentle' with the way things unfold for me - sometimes they don't unfold. Tough love is needed here - and this moves in both directions - inward and out. The relationship within needs that type of honest evaluation and love... and so it is that I ask all the men OUT THERE who are on their spiritual path to PLEASE.....STEP IT UP!!!!! For the Love of the Goddesses in your life! Please show us the most empowered version of yourselves so we can love, embrace, dance arm and arm, together move mountains and smooch your beautiful faces with the kind of gratitude deserving of both sides of the equation.!!!

I think & feel that I can speak for all the spiritual goddesses out there when I say - there is nothing more sexy, more appealing, more inspiring than a man in his power (spiritual power that is). A man who knows himself to be divine, who surrenders his will to the divine, and knows when to act, knows the force moving through him is not himself alone - but from a greater Source of abundant bliss and beauty. GOD!!!!! YES!!!!! Let us look into your divine eyes and see the reflection of our goddess self and know that we - together - in divine bliss and gratitude (& don't forget divine ecstatic union) can do anything ANYTHING. !!!

This is the true meaning of leaving duality behind. Let two WHOLE and complete beings join together and inspire one another along the journey of continued greatness! Nothing excites me more! ..... so to each one of us I say 'Man up!'.... whether you are male or female!.... to myself included. Let us be the fullness of our divine selves and leave all that 3rd dimensional limitation stuff behind! and let's fly!!!

5-D thoughts in a 3-D & 4-D world

The thoughts that have come up in the past couple days have been around the 5th Dimension... What does it look like? What does it mean? I can not explain it in a 3rd or 4th dimension way, so even if I blogged here my thoughts about the 5th dimension, it might not translate to anyone reading from a 3rd or 4th dimension perspective.... or it might...
I will type the running thoughts that course through this egoic body and "hope" it makes sense....

First, there are no judgments or expectations in 5th Dimension. There is only One. There is no fear, lack, death. There is only One. There is no need for peace, no fight, no "poor me". There is only One.
So, from that place of the One, I see All. I feel and experience from the place of the One Life. I Am All.

The thought for today is:
When someone tries to convince another, it is 3rd or 4th dimension. When that same someone trusts that the answers will be revealed in the "perfect" time, than that someone is in 5th Dimension.

An awareness that finally sank in today... In 3-D or 4-D, if someone asks me a question and "expects" an answer "right now", then I would stop what I was doing and try to convince or prove to the other my perspective of the answer.
In 5-D, when someone asks me a question, I can decide in the moment to be present and just hold space for the answer to be revealed to the other person. It's not my duty or my job to answer, but possibly (if I choose it) to hold space for the answer to be revealed.

When someone expects an answer from me for anything, they are wanting me to prove it true...
My 3 yr old nephew is a perfect example of that!!! He will ask me, "Hey, Tata (what the kids call me) where is mommy?" I answer, "She's upstairs." to which he replies, "no she's not."
If I wanted to convince him, I would take him upstairs to prove it, or say, "yes she is!!!". But instead, I have been saying, "ok then, where is she?" to which he usually replies, "she's upstairs." And I say, "oh, Ok." LOL!!
Such a simple awareness to a HUGE perceived "blockage" that has caused so many fights in past relationships!!! Maybe all he wants is attention... Maybe that's all ANY of us wants!! It starts at age 2 or 3, and becomes a part of the perceived reality we have lived in... We can now change that perspective and embrace a new one if we choose it.

So, if I want an answer to a question, I could ask for support from others in finding the answer, or I could ask others for the answer...
In this moment, I realize I can ask for SUPPORT in FINDING the answer... If I ask others for an answer, they will only answer from their perspective... to which I might not understand, agree with, or see. This misunderstanding/disagreement could cause an argument, a fight, a disagreement, disharmony.

In the Bliss I am feeling around me now, I realize the only thing that keeps me "out" of Bliss Awareness is disharmony!!

So, that is my 5-D thought for the day... Did I convince you??!!? (LOL... just kidding) :)

Doughnut Hole or Doghnut Soul... (or, "The One Knife as The One Life)

So, what do you think of duality? I don't think it exists, but my thinking it doesn't exists vs. your thinking it does would be duality right??? Not so... And I will tell you why (I am pretending to know something when in actuality, I am just curious how this blog will come out)

So, if duality truly exists, than we are living in a world full of yes and no; up and down; in and out; dark and light; negative and positive; right and wrong; me and you... And that isn't my reality... I live in a world of wholeness, Oneness, Unity, Bliss, Love... and in that world, there is no duality, only 'what is'.

What if my world and "that other world" I mentioned above were to coincide... Who would be right? Me or someone who believes in duality.... the answer is a resounding, BOTH OF US! Really! If you are living in duality, and I am living in Oneness, than the only difference between us is our perspectives.

And in my perceived world of Oneness, just now (not kidding, in this very moment), my 3 year old nephew, Tage walked in the room and said, "mom, something happened to me... I used to not be afraid, and now I am afraid." Stasia said, "what are you afraid of?" Tage said, "dark". Stasia started talking to him about how, "light and dark are exactly the same, sometimes it's just a little easier to see when the light is on. But the room has the same stuff in it whether it is light or dark..."

So, this is how the world around me is experienced when I decide to live in Oneness and Bliss... I wonder what tomorrow will bring to remind me of how we are all connected.... I am so very excited to see!!! :) In the meantime, I will be with the Bliss that is happening around me... Like the dog walking around, or my nephew going to bed, or my Beloved reading his emails next to me, or just sitting here writing this Blog.....

Multi-dimensional living

This is my first contribution to this blog. Terra and I spend time daily musing about the Universe and creating the next level of being to experience and share...Quite often I am satisfied with the fact that she has sat down to write up what has come up between us - or within herself.
Tonight, I am inspired.
Perhaps it is because I am alone while my son sleeps, and no distractions abound. Maybe it is because over the past 24 hours I feel more empowered than the day, week, month and year before it. Maybe it is the clarity I have been finding in bringing organization to the seemingly mundane aspects of life that has cleared the way somehow for this writing to emerge. Maybe it is a lot of things, or maybe this is just a random inspired moment between me and this computer screen to which you will be privy should you choose to read on...
What is going on with me and you and the world right now? Most specifically, the question and discussion of the day has been regarding what dimension we are in - ?? Seriously? Yes, right? Haven't you ever thought about it? What is beyond 3-D? Have you considered the possibility of being beyond 3-D? Surely we have all heard quantum physics speak of such ideas...possibilities... but it wasn't until meeting this woman the other day who spoke of living in the 5th dimension that I was caused to consider this.
Today, in the kitchen, over toast with hippy dust and tulsi-rose tea came the discussion...
Terra was asking the question from her latest blog of 'how am I willing to let myself be seen?' and this question brought us to the notion that it is not what other people see us as that we care so much at this stage of our awakening, but rather what we see ourselves as that matters most.
So in a moment of inspiration, with imaginary color crayons connecting the dots between the words floating in mid-kitchen, and the question of dimensions came this crafty interpretive possibility:
What if 1-dimension is just the physical, and living as a purely physical, flat being...no thoughts really beyond the mechanical motion of day to day robotic routine. and 2-dimensional living is just adding in the flat interaction with others that takes place in a mock-humanoid fashion where hellos and 'how-do-you-do's' are programmed into the script. 3-dimensional living is where we seek to see ourselves through others eyes...the constant need to please, the act of accommodation and fear of disappointment rule the actions we take...the 3 coming from the thrice-removed perspective of self wondering what others think of self?
Then came the idea that 4th dimensional living might be where those who seek to live 'spiritually' begin...and find themselves as now the detached 'observer' of their life... not as concerned with what others think, but a bit 'outside' of themselves, seeking to find more presence by first moving away from judgement. A beautiful place to be indeed, but what is beyond this? The 5th dimension...the 5th direction...the 5th element... Within.
When one begins to live 5th dimensionally, the 3rd and the 4th begin to merge and instead of needing to see from another's eyes, one begins to see themselves from within with the perspective of detached, yet fully embracing, loving presence. The combining, perhaps of all the directions into the one direction of Self...releasing all 'negative' perspectives and 'degrading' possibilities, and knowing now that all is Divine.
This is where many of us are heading, or finding ourselves these days, are we not?
So what then?
Perhaps when you begin to consider dimensions at all, you will find that this questioning process is also a part of the 5th dimension, and in the question comes the steps that lead you beyond...
To the 6th? 7th? 8th? ...what is this? what is there? does it matter?.... when one becomes aware of the possibility for multiple dimensions and multi-dimensional living in the first place, then, I believe, comes the choice, the opportunity to choose which place you interact in, where you live, what dimension you dance within. And if you can be in the 5th -what keeps you from what is beyond?.... for now the keys are turned and the doors unlocked... the possibilities are endless. Are they not? ...for in this awareness we become fully aware of the power of our creations, our ideas, our mind, our beliefs. We create where we live....and we are where ever we choose to be.

In this moment I choose to be letting my fingers and mental faculties rest from this journey of sorts, to turn on the tea water and put up my feet...
Tonight, after so much musing this week and so much churning of the internal waters that have bubbled me up to the height at which I peak this night...I yearn for rest, integration and a moment of vegging out...movie anyone?

I Am, and that's that... Contemplating Oneness

So, I have recently had some deep conversations with various and sundry people, beings, Guides, etc... (If I mention all of them, people might think I'm crazy!!!) :) (This is a joke... I don't really mind people thinking I'm crazy)
But seriously folks, I have been contemplating the conversations and realizing a running theme... One that might be a little uncomfortable for some to really dig deeply and discuss out loud. The theme is one that has been very quiet and sneaky. One that I really had to dig at, and contemplate, and question, and listen to... And I am realizing that we are all sort of afraid to talk about the same things!!!
Am I speaking in circles...? Sorry about that. See, even I am stalling!!!

OK, so the theme and my thoughts around them... SOOO many people want to be heard and seen. I dare say, ALL people want that. Parents want to be seen be other parents, and by each other... Friends want to be seen by mutual friends of friends, kids want to be seen by their parents, partners want to be seen by each other, employees want to be seen by upper management... the list goes on...

Take a moment and think about how you wish to be seen and by whom. Really, take a moment. Write it down if you dare. This is pretty important.... If you want to be seen by someone (which I am pretty sure there is at least one person out there you don't feel seen by), write that person's name down. Now, put a list of words next to that person's name. Not words describing how you want to be seen by them, but words to describe how YOU see THAT person. How many words are next to the person's name? One? A dozen? A hundred? Now sit back and really think about all the words you just wrote down about that person... Now think about that person. Visualize their face. Talk to that person in your minds eye. Tell them how you see them.

Now, will you actually walk up to that person and tell them that to their face? Think about how that might change how you see them. Think about how that might change how they see you. Are you afraid to tell them any of the words? Why? It's your truth, right? Now think about how that person might even be afraid to tell you some of the things they see in you. Maybe the disconnect between people is NOT really there... Maybe it is an illusion. Maybe you are making it up... Maybe it is just fear of rejection.

Here's a thought that has been helping me a lot lately. "How are you willing to ALLOW yourself to be seen and heard?" When I ask myself this question, lots of thoughts come crashing in. Once I let the thoughts subside and listen to the strongest thoughts, I realize that I am more aware of how I DON'T allow myself to be seen and heard... I have been working on surrender a lot lately. Stasia and I even made a new chocolate bar called "Sweet Surrender" which has been VERY helpful in this allowing and surrendering process for me. (Check out our website: www.neverthesamechocolate.com) I am surrendering to how I am willing to allow myself to be seen and heard... My goal for this day (and this week) is to ask myself this question any time I feel disconnected or frustrated...

When I feel the discomfort, disconnect, or frustration, I am going to ask myself, "How am I willing to allow myself to be seen and heard right now?" And see what comes up. I might blog about it... If you decide to practice this question, please let me know what comes up for you. I would love to hear your thoughts and experiences.

A funk..... (and not the musical kind either)

So, when a spiritual person is in a funk... it sort of seems crazy, right? Like, "If they were more spiritual, maybe they wouldn't get into a funk." Or, "She must have done something really crappy to someone to be in that kind of funk." Or, "It's her karma she must be working out."

I say, POPPYCOCK!!! :) It's all good... Because it's all God! Right??!? I mean, even the funk is a part of the whole. I have been looking at the "funk" I am in today and just opening up to the possibilities....

I have been living in Bliss for about a year now... Truly, honestly, fully in Bliss. When I feel "Down", I know it as part of the All. When I feel "Up", I know it as part of the All. I feel there is no such thing as opposite any more anyway... No more duality... Even though we are playing things out as if there is, I feel it is just the part of us that has a hard time seeing it any other way.

So, when in Bliss and in a funk, what do I do? I "be" with it. I allow it, I surrender to it, I know that I am in harmony, and I open myself up to just doing nothing!!! Therein lies the struggle... if there really is such a thing...

This little-Taurus-ego-in-a-body sometimes thinks it is supposed to be "doing" something all the time!!! :) And I love this little-Taurus-ego-in-this-wonderful-body. She is so funny and fun to observe. She loves to think the whole world is depending on HER to be the "light", or the "master", or the "perfect... whatever"... She is so aware of how much people look to her for support, love, guidance, and joy. AND, she also knows that the only thing that holds her back is herself. So, this little-Taurus-ego-in-a-body has decided that today is for her. She can write, she can eat chocolate, she can journal, she can pout, she can watch a movie, she can not get out of her pajamas, and she can surrender to the next thing however she wants to.

Luckily, this little-Taurus-ego-in-a-body has learned from her past and has decided to be gentle and kind through this process. (Thank you little me!!) :) I'm gonna go chill, drink some tea, take a bath, watch a movie, and unlax (my mom and dad's word for relax).

That's what this body is gonna do...

It's not the HOW, it's the WHAT... right??!!?"

So, I have been contemplating the "How's" for a long time... I have been wondering what it would take to get past wanting to know the "how" and just give in to the "what" of that which I wish to create in my life...
I have been told while studying and practicing the Law of Attraction that I am not meant to know the "how"... I am just supposed to ask for "what" I want, and then let go of "How" I think it might happen, (or how I WANT it to happen, or how I think it SHOULD happen, or how to MAKE it happen... etc.)

So, I have been practicing this for several years now... Then, recently, out of the blue comes this awareness!!!! (Not really "Out of the blue..." Stasia and I were talking about this stuff last week, and a message from US came through)
Here's basically what they/US said:

"When you ask "How", it lets us know that it is important and for us to make it a priority in supporting you on your path." I was like, "WHAT??!?!" They continued,
"Every time you say, 'How can I allow _____into my life?', we "know" what to clear away from your field that does not support or serve that which you are asking about."

More information came through, "If you know the thing you want, and keep asking us, 'What do I need to do to allow this thing into my life", we will keep trying to help you see what you need to clear from your life. When you say, 'how can I allow this thing into my life', we clear your vision and whatever blocks you from seeing what you want.

I interpret this to mean, When we say, "How can I allow, have, do, or be ______", it is like a radar to our Guides to focus on that thing immediately, clear your field of whatever holds you back from seeing that thing, and gives you more insight into allowing it in.

OK, so Stasia and I have been practicing this one for about a week now. Every time one of us has thought, "I sure wish I could nave more money" or, "I wonder when we will have all we need to do all we want to do", or "When will my Divine Partner get here?" (That one was Stasia's) :)
Instead, we have changed it to, "How do I allow more money into my field to put into my bank account and use every day?" or, "How do I clear everything that would block me from having all the money I need to do what I want?", and "How do I allow my Divine Partner into my life now?"

I can't tell you how FAST the clearing happens... We tried it with about four things on the first day, and on the second day, WHAM! Things started clearing, and we felt as if we were living in two worlds at once!
(I kinda think we WERE living in two worlds at once... One that still saw the old ways of creating things and was still aware of the old patterns of life, and the other which was able to see what it looked like without all the blocks from the other life...)

Anyway, all I can say is, Holy cow and WOW!!!! It works... WARNING: BE SURE YOU ARE REALLY READY TO MOVE TO THE NEXT LEVEL WHEN YOU START USING THIS PRACTICE!!! It happens so fast, and you might look back after a day or so of craziness and go, "Oh yeah, now I get it!" As long as you haven't fallen into a deep depression or run screaming from your life :) (Just kidding... sort of)

Good luck! And try to ask How more often... OH! The only catch!!! Once you ask how, you must let go of needing the answer. You will not get it until your path has been cleared of the old pattern that kept you from seeing it... And by then, it won't really matter about the how since it will have already started showing up!!! :)

subtle=obvious... Mosquitoes as Divine Guidance!!!

Sent an email to a friend and it felt like the perfect place to begin the conversations with US...
Stasia Bliss and I (Terra Bundance) have had some really great conversations with Universal Source, Affectionately called US... We have been called to share some of those conversations and other communications we have with each other, with our journals, and with others....
So, here is the email I sent to my friend:

I am wondering if you are willing to try something new...? Imagine that EVERYthing that happens to you is super cool and fantastical...
It's all about the Journey... NEVER the destination. Whatever you expect will show up in ways you do not expect... :)

YOU are the Divine creator of your reality. YOU have the ability to show yourself the way. You (on some level) are not deeply as "ready" as you think you want to be. You are ready for the subtle things, and wishing to be ready for more obvious things. But until you recognize the subtle as an initiation of sorts to the obvious, you will miss the obvious!! Mostly because the obvious is actually subtle to those who have shifted their viewpoint to recognize EVERYthing as Divine... :) The "subtle" IS the obvious!!! Always!!!

I will share a moment of awareness I had on my journey of recognizing the subtle as the obvious... I was on my Vision Quest several years ago. "alone" and sitting in my space, I noticed how many mosquitoes there were around me... I was in south GA in the early Summer and it was CRAZY how humid and "uncomfortable" it was. I had a wool blanket to cover myself with (which I quickly discovered I was allergic to... so each time I would cover myself to hide from the incessant mosquitoes, I would have a reaction to the blanket.... plus, sweating under a wool blanket in the south in the summer.... yuck!!!) :) (Do you have some idea of where I might be going with this???)
I thought, "this is crazy! I have to learn to connect with the mosquitoes and this blanket or suffer here for two full days!!" After about 24 hours of going back and forth between mosquitoes and an allergic reaction to the wool blanket, I surrendered. I kept waiting for someone to walk in and start talking to me.... Or, a voice in my head to tell me something profound... I had fasted for several days before the VQ, and had no water or food with me for two days out there... I started the VQ with two rounds in a Lodge (hot and sweaty), and ended it the same way... two rounds of Lodge... And then, I had to share with the people what I had gained... What I had learned from my time out there.
I honestly don't even remember what I said. I was in such an altered state, all I remember is that EVERYONE around me was shifting!!! My dad was crying and talking to my "Uncle" (The one who led my Vision Quest) about how he had been afraid for me when I was a teenager... My brother was crying and hugging me... My second husband (who I had already divorced) was one of my support people... he and my brother were talking about how "crazy I used to be" ;).... My parents and I had only started talking a couple months before this VQ after three months of not talking... The boyfriend I was dating who was also at the VQ decided a week later he was gay and needed to step into his true self... I watched "What the Bleep Do We Know" a week and a day later with my mom and dad at the movie theater...
Anyway, all of the stuff happening was not really "weird, odd, unusual, crazy, strange", but they were all things only a year before I was praying/wishing/dreaming for. Here they were, happening as if in a surreal dream right in front of me because I made an unconscious/conscious choice to go out and sit with mosquitoes for two days...
Those mosquitoes were the most powerful messengers I have had the privilege to commune with. They were the "change bringers", the "life shifters", the "support Guides" I had prayed for but NEVER would have thought to ask for specifically. :) They represented the "irritations of life I had to surrender to"... Once I did, all of life around me changed.... Looking at it in the moment, I would not have wanted to fully admit "THEY" were my messengers!!! Mosquitoes??!?!! What??? No way!!! :) And yet, only a few hours later, I was dawning on the awareness which allowed for more awareness, which opened me to more.... and here I am today telling you about it....

NEVER underestimate the power of subtle messages... They will be the most profound awarenesses in hindsight. I am able to recognize the obvious within the subtlety as often as I can now... more and more every moment.
